Before the door opens.
Four lines on a page.
The first call may be in the diary, or still to come. Between now and the moment she sits down, there is everything she has not yet decided how to say.
The list is short. The work behind it is not.
The Interview is a private coaching with B.B. One to one. For the woman preparing herself to be interviewed, with the time to do the work properly.
The conversation she has rehearsed in her head a hundred times. The answer she has not yet found. The number she has not yet named.
Most of the work she will do alone. Some of it she cannot.
Walked through, before the door opens.

The Session
Two hours. One to one with B.B.
B.B. prepares the session before her: the company, the role, the questions she is most likely to be asked, the assessments she is most likely to be sent. The two hours together are spent on her, not on briefing.
- The CV, read line by line. What stays, what goes, what is missing. The story of her career, sharpened until it lands in thirty seconds.
- The interview, run as a simulation. HR screen, hiring manager, technical round, behavioural round. The question that always trips her up, asked until it does not.
- The salary conversation. What to ask for, when to say it, how to hold the silence after.
- The cognitive and behavioural assessments. Predictive Index and the others. What each measures, how to sit them without surprise.
Each session closes with a written follow-up: the points to remember, the answers refined together, the salary brief.

Who It’s For
- The graduate going into her first round.
- The woman between two chapters, looking for the next role.
- The mother returning to work after parental leave.
- The woman coming back to work after time away.
- The woman moving up, moving in, or moving on.
- The woman who has held the same seat for ten years and finds the field has changed under her.
- The candidate who has been told she is “almost there” and wants to close the gap.
She does not need to be told she is capable. She knows she is. What she needs is the room walked through with someone who has sat on every side of the table.

The Investment
Two hours, fully prepared, fully hers.
| Format | Price |
|---|---|
| Private (1:1) | €240 |
The price is below the going rate for private one-to-one coaching at this level. That is the point. The Interview is part of B.B.’s commitment to give time, expertise and a quiet room to the women preparing for the next role. The Pro Bono slots take it further.
Online, or in person in Madrid. Available in English and French.
B.B. is also available for extended sessions on request.
The Pro Bono Promise
Three slots every month are reserved, free of charge, for GWC yearly subscribers who cannot afford the full session.
Helping and promoting a woman through the door of her next role is why this exists. Price should not be the lock.
To request a pro bono slot, write to B.B. with the role she is preparing for. Three women a month, chosen by B.B.
The Interview Is Yours
“She is ready for the next room.
The Interview is for the door.“
B.B.
The session is built around the role she is preparing for.
B.B. will come back to you within 48 hours.
